Coloplast Care is a healthcare professional directed program designed to support individuals and the healthcare professionals that support them.
As part of the Coloplast Care Program, you can order Coloplast products to be shipped directly to your patient - so that they’re waiting for them when they get home. We will also connect your patient to a Consumer Support Specialist who will extend your care by actively following up with your patient on a regular basis.
Coloplast Consumer Support Specialists are carefully trained to advise people on Coloplast products and lifestyle issues. However, if at any point a patient experiences issues that require clinical attention, our Consumer Support Specialist will contact you to let you know.
As part of the Coloplast Care Program you and your patients have access to educational material to respond to their needs both pre and post surgery. Monthly Wellness Education is also available ensuring your patients receive information when it’s most relevant to them.
The Coloplast Care Program offers a toll free number for you and your patients to contact our Consumer Support Specialists with questions. Our goal is to make life easier for you and your patients and to enable your patients to enjoy an improved quality of life
