BC Fair Pharmacare reimburses some ostomy products. The program is administered through the BC Ministry of Health. For specific covered products please see Ostomy Supplies - Province of British Columbia (gov.bc.ca).
The BC government provides support through the Fair Pharmacare Program for eligible drugs, fees, and medical supplies. After your family deductible, Pharmacare pays 70% of eligible expenses up to an annual Family Maximum.

Regular assistance levels
Enhanced assistance levels (at least one family members born before 1940)
Once a family has reached your family maximum then Pharmacare will pay 100% of eligible expenses for the rest of the year.
In addition, 100% coverage is provided for those who are:
Permanent residents of a licensed residential care facility (Plan B)
Persons eligible for BC Income Assistance through Ministry of Social Development & Poverty Reduction (Plan C)
Severely handicapped children eligible for "At Home" Program (Plan F)
First Nations Health Benefits (Plan W)
